Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note that personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Standard postage and packaging is included in the cost of your order. Your item/s will be dispatched within 24 hours of your order and should arrive within 1-2 days, via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Currently, delivery is only available within the UK.

Each piece of jewellery is individually handmade in silver clay, so no two pieces are exactly the same.
